Mercer pays their contractors .34 CPM toward fuel surcharge.
      • For the week of 11/24/2008 the DOE National Diesel Average is $2.66 per gallon.
      • DOD/SDDC (except TTC) is 2%.
      • DOD/SDDC (TTC only) is 14%.

When you come to the main page, click on the truck icon (access billing services) on the right side. Then enter the folllowing information:

Then click on the word "pricing" on the left. That will drop down the word "pricing report". Click on "pricing report". On the next page you will need to use the following information:

Then click the search button at the bottom.
