October Contractor of the Month

Brian Thompson

October's Contractor of the Month goes to Brian Thompson for his fantasic service and professional attitude. Last month, Thompson was nominated to be recognized for his hard work by - get this - NASA. That's right. Trucking sure ain't rocket science, but Thompson proved that rocket scientists sure do appreciate truckers when it comes to getting thier freight on time! Just another example of how trucking makes the world go 'round. Here's what the NASA Glenn Research Center had to say about Thompson:

On September 2, 2009, Brian Thompson, Unit Number 8751, delivered a Gearbox to NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio that was shipped from Cincinnati Gear, The original agreement was to have the Gearbox delivered to Norris Brothers, Inc. Warehouse in Cleveland Ohio by 4:00 PM on September 1. Changes in the delivery schedule required him to stay with the Gearbox through the night and change the delivery destination to NASA by 8 AM September 2. Mr. Thompson accommodated this change without objection and provided excellent service and a very professional attitude when making the delivery of a very important piece of equipment.

I would like to express our appreciation to Brian and to your company for the outstanding job he did to ensure the Gearbox was delivered as requested. His professional attitude made him a pleasure to work with.

Sincerely,

Arlette Haeberle
