October's Contractors of the Month

Jack and Judy Tripp
Husband and wife owner operator team, Jack and Judy Tripp, are known around Mercertown for their kind spirited personalities and uplifting attitudes. The Tripps, from Bandera, TX, have been leased to Mercer for six years. Not only have they been ranked as one of Mercer's top ten revenue producing trucks, but their supportive and positive outlooks have a refreshingly contagious property that tends to sweep through Mercer whenever they visit.

Recruiter, Gerald Garrison, says, "You couldn't find two of the nicest, more caring individuals out there. I believe if you would ask Jack for the shirt off his back, he would give it right to you without even flinching. Every time I talk to him, he has the best attitude." Garrison recalls, "He thanked the recruiting department for doing a great job and for taking care of them."

Jack, a true blue Texan, spent 20 years in the rodeo before hauling cattle in a big rig. After leasing his truck to Mercer in 2002, his wife Judy retired and joined him in the cab. Together, they have enjoyed their career at Mercer. Jack says, "We've really liked working at Mercer. They would have to run us off to get us to leave."
