Jim Loggains 94’ Kenworth W900L is a bonafide work truck, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and professionalism. The truck is a classic flat top Kenworth with a distinctive, two-toned, maroon and black retro striping, complete with stainless steel features. Under the hood Loggains runs a 3406E CAT engine and 15 speed transmission, along with 3.36 rears. All custom features were purchased from Bruner Fabrication and 4 State Trucks in his home state of Missouri.

Loggains is proud of his career and his truck, and each week he and his two sons spend time together keeping the rig looking top notch. “I owe it all to my family and Mercer- my sons help me keep the truck lookin’ nice, and Mercer keeps me busy so I can afford the upkeep.” Loggains, who has been leased to Mercer for 17 years, has put over a million miles on this truck. He is usually too busy hauling to participate in truck shows, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t interested in further modifications. Among the many bells and whistles he’d love to add, he plans to invest in a Pittsburgh Diesel Power Programmer to ease the pain of the rising fuel costs.

Travis and Michelle’s 1969 358A Peterbilt is an authentic antique truck, aside from the recent addition of air ride suspension. The truck, named “Lo N’ Slow,” is hard to miss with the fresh squeezed orange paint and striking chrome details. The inside has been renovated to include hardwood floors, a custom painted dash and a plush upholstered sleeper cabin.
In the past, “Lo N’ Slow” has taken first place in the Springfield, Missouri Peterbilt Truck Show and the Iowa 80 Walcott Jamboree. Be on the lookout for the truck this summer- Travis and Michelle plan to show Lo N’ Slow at this year’s Shell Rotella SuperRigs Truck Show, the Iowa 80 Walcott Jamboree and the Great American Truck Show.

Showusyourtruck.com is online truck show featuring America’s coolest working-class trucks. The contest is open to all truck owners and judging is based on classic “old school features, including custom-built or classic-inspired modifications and factory originals.
