Ingredients:
2 Lb. Country style spare ribs
water
Country Bobs BBQ sauce or BBQ sauce
Arrange ribs in large Tupperware dish. Place the ribs with the meaty part to the outside of the dish and the bones inside.
Add 1/4 Cup of water.
Microwave on high covered 6 minutes.
Pour off water. Repeat 2 more times.
Pour BBQ sauce on ribs and cook for 5 minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Great ribs! Beef or pork ribs can be used

Ole Potato Skins
ingredients:
6 Large Baking Potatoes
1 lb. ground Chuck
1/4 cups of water
1 envelope McCormick Taco Seasoning
1/2 chopped onions
1 small can chopped tomatoes
1 can sliced black olives
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Topping:
2 Cups sour cream
1 envelope McCormick Taco Seasoning
Wash and pierce Potatoes. Place in large Tupperware Dish.
Microwave on High for 30 minutes. Turning after 15 minutes.
Cut Lengthwise. Scoop out potato, leaving 1/4 inch to shell.
Place ground Chuck in medium size Tupperware dish.
Microwave on high. Stir every minute until brown and no pink.
Drain Fat. Stir in Taco seasoning and water. Microwave on high,
uncovered for 4 minutes. Stir in onions.
Place Potatoes in large Tupperware dish. Fill with ground chuck mixture.
Top with Tomatoes, olives and cheese. Microwave on High until cheese is
melted. place topping on top and serve.

Lemon Drink
3/4 cup lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk power
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup cold water
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
18 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into blender except ice. Blend until smooth.
Add ice a couple at a time.
